JAMKS manages the contractors through a detailed time schedule – up to thousands of activities – to
reach the main aim of the project and to finish on time and within the approved budget (Monitor and
Control).

Being an important phase in the project, JAMKS works to deliver the project to the Client accurately
and completes all administrative aspects of the project closure.
