Being an important phase in the project, JAMKS works to deliver the project to the Client accurately
and completes all administrative aspects of the project closure.
The role of JAMKS at this phase is to achieve the final acceptance of the Client, and accurately
records the documents and final submissions through the document control, and to manage the final
delivery of the project.
Proper close out of the project creates benefits to all project personnel, success and future project
prospects, increase employee incentives, better relationships between all project parties and the
Client, improve the performance for repeated cooperation.
JAMK will make complete files / records for the project history including the following:
- All project documents and logs
- As built drawings submitted by the contractor
- All types of reports submitted by contractor and project manager – Status / Progress /
Evaluation … etc. - Minutes of Meetings
- All correspondence of all project parties
- Variations Orders
- Cost reports
- As Built Schedule
- Current Cash Flow Vs. Planned
- All changes made to Variations Orders
- Executives’ abstracts include the final extracts of Certified Invoices
